Standard Returns: 15-day Policy

Items shipped from the ReLIVE Marketplace online store can be returned within 15 days of order date. Return requests must be received within the 15-day window, and products must be received back at our warehouse within 30 days of original order date to be eligible for a full refund.

Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it-unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide order number as proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once your return request is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for a refund and will not be returned to you.

Other Returns: Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was received so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, or flowers), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We do not accept returns on Final Sale items or gift cards. 



The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 



We will notify you once you return package has been received and inspected. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Returns are processed with 1-3 business days of receipt, but please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the monetary refund.
